SOMMELIER

Uncork a career as sommelier

Make our vinothek, proudly showcasing over 3000 different wines, your playground!
We are looking for a wine enthusiast that is passionate about enhancing our patrons experience with knowledgeable wine recommendations, that understands that enjoying wine is more then simply opening, but helps to celebrate the hard work put into a bottle, starting from the labor at each vineyard.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

Ideally that individual has previous experience as sommelier within fine dining environment
Possesses WSET diploma or comparable
Is able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team and build rapport with our demanding clientele
Has a strong desire to continuously learn and improve both, knowledge and skill
Has a very caring attitude
Maintain personal standards, correct uniform and presentation at all times

We are looking for an experienced Bartender with outstanding hospitality and organisation skills! Someone that is people oriented, has superhero hospitality powers and genuinely cares about the experience of guests and our team alike.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

Ideally that individual has previous experience min of 3 years in a fast paced environment
Has profound beverage knowledge of classic cocktails
Is curious and creative in using local ingredients of the season
Able to maintain quality of service
Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team and build rapport with our demanding clientele
Has a strong desire to continuously learn and improve both, knowledge and skill
Has a very caring attitude
Maintain personal standards, correct uniform and presentation at all times
